  1. Don’t delay. Give us a call right away at 704.342.4800 to guarantee your order on our calendar. Deadline for orders is Friday, December 15th ,2017, or until we cut off orders due to demand. No Exceptions (Please Hurry…. We do sell out.) 

  2. Pick up your order between 8am and 12pm on Saturday, December 23, 2016 (OUR OFFICE CLOSES PROMPTLY AT 12:00 NOON SO PLEASE DON’T BE LATE)

  3. If paying by credit card there is a 4% convenience fee. Please call your credit card information into our office by Friday, December 22nd, 2017 no later than 2pm so charges can be run and receipts ready at the time of pick up. No credit card payments will be accepted at the time of pick up. 

  4. Payments accepted by check or cash only at time of pick up.
